Fantastic experience: We used Tumbleweed event for our recent wedding. The bouquets, flowers at the ceremony, set up and decoration at the reception, signage and the wedding cake were all truly amazing and were very unique to our wedding. The flowers were truly spectacular and the wedding cake was delicious. Fantastic experience: All I can say about Kylie and her team is "WOW WOW WOWWWW". I walked into the wedding of my dreams on Thursday with my vision come to life! From the absolutely GORGEOUS plinths I got to get married in between, through to the STUNNING florals, name cards, menus & signages on the tables all the way through to my bridal table and the fairy lights on the dance floor - The room came together and looked like a $500,000 wedding, of which my budget was very carefully managed.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend and thank Kylie, Kai and the Tumbleweed team enough for helping out with our wedding. Five weeks out from our day, we had our venue fall through then three weeks out, we had another drama with our second option. When I contacted Tumbleweed and spoke to Kylie, I was an absolute mess and didn’t know what to do. The way she took it upon herself to help and pull things together in such a short space of time is unbelievable. I still remember my phone call with her and her exact words were ‘are you ready to plan this wedding’ and it was exactly what I needed to hear (I swear she’s my fairy godmother). After countless phone calls to organise, she came over the day before with Kai and absolutely transformed the space. They both turned my visions into something you can only dream about and honestly, our wedding would not have been the same (or even gone ahead for that matter!) if it wasn’t for them. I CANNOT recommend them enough, Kylie and the team are incredible at what they do and the hard work they put in shows. I know they are only human but my goodness, do they have super powers.

Fantastic experience: Kylie and the team at Tumbleweed Events are the absolute best. They helped with styling our beach wedding ceremony and it was absolutely gorgeous. The florals were amazingly beautiful and Kylie went out of her way to find the flowers that I was looking for. She was so easy to deal with and really cared about making us have the best day possible. There were a few challenges with the weather on the day (including very gusty winds) however everything was achievable for them and I knew I was in safe hands. The entire process was seamless and I cannot fault her, her team, her styling, her organisation as well as her end result. One thing that I will say that sets Kylie and the Tumbleweed Events team apart from other event stylists is that Kylie went above and beyond by making herself available to respond to emails in a timely manner giving me peace of mind that my requests and questions were being heard, actioned and answered. When you are trying to pull all the moving parts together to create a memorable event, a quick response from a vendor is such a valued quality to have. If you’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of trying to co-ordinate vendors with minimal response (sometimes none at all) it can be incredibly frustrating to say the least. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. It was absolutely stunning and exactly what my husband and I wanted and planned so a huge thank you to Kylie- we can’t thank you and the team at Tumbleweed Events enough.

We were very lucky as we booked them less than 3 months out from our wedding date due to COVID postponing our wedding over 2yrs and our original supplier was no longer available. The arch we hired was so beautiful and put together nicely with the fresh flowers. On the day, while they were setting up they were just so lovely and friendly. I had such amazing feedback about the flowers from everyone. My bridal bouquet was stunning, i took it home and it’s still fresh 5 days after the wedding. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Ruth and Tumbleweed Events. We needed help for a very last minute small wedding and struggled to get anyone to return our calls. Ruth was responsive and helpful and very reassuring that we could get everything done. Their website made it really easy to choose what would suit our event. The set up on the day was absolutely beautiful and the floral arrangement on our arch was stunning, we were extremely happy.

Fantastic experience: Ruth was so helpful from the get go. My request was very last minute, but she managed to pull it all together in time! She even recommended an arch based on what would work best on the floor space for my wedding, and added fairy lights to it for me. Would 100% recommend Tumbleweed events! :)

Fantastic experience: We are very grateful to Ruth for her exceptional services in delivering and decorating the arbour and other props for the ceremony for our son's wedding at one week's notice after the wedding plans changed suddenly. The arbour was beautiful and simple and exactly what we wanted for a small family garden wedding. Ruth went out of her way for us and had to travel twice as far to fit us in with her own family plans.
