Fantastic experience: What a pleasure South pacific bridal where to deal with. The chapel & grounds at the Hilton were immaculate. The chapel provided such a beautiful, serene and private space to hold our wedding ceremony and sam our personal assistant was caring, warm and calming. We were torn trying to decide whether to have our ceremony inside or out on the grass and we are so thankful we chose the chapel. We loved the intimacy and privacy the chapel provided and couldn't be more happier.

Fantastic experience: South Pacific Bridal organised our intimate beach wedding ceremony on the 17th July, and it was nothing short of PERFECT. We hadn't been to QLD for a long time, so we trusted what we had read and seen of SPB online, and Eden made us feel so reassured throughout the whole process. We opted for the beach ceremony, but also the chapel is absolutely stunning, so we were so lucky to have that as a wet-weather back-up option. On the day, the whole team (celebrant, photographer, HMUA, florist) were all so lovely. Eden our SPB contact, was particularly fantastic. She was there for the whole duration making sure everything was going smoothly, and was super reassuring to my excited nerves. Our team consisted of Eva (SPB), Paige (celebrant), Eva / True Emotions (photographer), Pink Moss (florist), Danielle Lyth (HMUA), Cass / Tigelily (HMUA 2). We couldn't of asked for a better team. Would 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for a beautiful location and a seamless ceremony without the hassle of self-organisation / for those who don't live in the area. Thanks so much again <3

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Sherie and her team for our wedding in August and we were more than pleased. From the start till the end Sherie was always checking in to ensure that things were going smoothly. She replied promptly to all our emails and answered all the questions we had, and provided us with some advice when needed. Planning a wedding four hours away while working full time wasn’t easy but she always sent us little reminders so we don’t miss any deadlines. All in all she did an excellent job! We would highly recommend her and her team.

So when I tell you that the entire crew at South Pacific Bridal made it their mission to have all of our worries waylaid, and succeeded in masterful fashion, I hope it comes across in this review how eternally grateful my husband and I are to Sherie, Bek, and everyone behind the scenes at South Pacific Bridal. Sherie had seriously thought of every little detail when helping us plan our day. Laura, the manager at NuNu restaurant (who catered our wedding), was a gem and super accomodating. Bec made all the administrative nonsense that is usually such a headache a total breeze. The photographers, Wayne and Ing, were some of the sweetest, most down to earth and supportive people I've ever met. I have chronic fatigue syndrome. It's a constant battle to feel normal and alive even when the stars align and give me a good day. Our day with South Pacific Bridal was perfect, to the point where for a little while, I got to completely forget how ill I actually am. That's a gift I'll never forget. And it was 100% because these people made sure everything we ever needed was taken care of. Book with these folks. They're warm, professional, and take all of your concerns seriously. The venue is fantastic. The beach is beautiful. The food is amazing. I cannot reccommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Sherie, Bec and the team SPB were an absolute breeze to work with. Super professional, responsive, hospitable and organised. They coordinated everything on their end - suppliers, run sheet, etc - which completely took the stress off us as we're based in Victoria. My wife and I got the Alamanda love story package and couldn't be happier with the event. Highly recommend - Palm Cove is an epic location and the SPB team know how work it beautifully and will host an epic event for you.

Fantastic experience: I am so forever grateful to have found Sherie, Bec and the SPB team. My partner (now hubby!) and I are from Melbourne so we were so worried about the logistical nightmare of planning a destination wedding. But from the very first call we had with Sherie, we had no doubt we would be in the best hands. Sherie guided us through the process with such ease (despite us having absolutely no idea what we really wanted for our day!!!) She helped pick out the ultimate wedding dream team - every single Vendor from photographer, hair and makeup, videographer, florist (our florist was AMAZING), celebrant, our cake maker, MC/DJ was absolutely sensational. Our day came together even better than we ever really imagined. It was our whimsical happily ever after and a day we will never ever forget. My partner (now hubby!) and I fell in love with the dreamy shots of South Pacific’s Palm Cove weddings, but had reservations about organising the entirety of our wedding from Melbourne. The team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Their experience and professionalism was evident throughout. We were guided through every step of the planning process. Everything was mapped out, with the choices available clearly explained to us. It was a matter of choosing what we wanted for each detail rather than having to worry that everything was covered. I particularly appreciated the attention they took in helping us to achieve to our ‘vibe’ for the day. We really wanted a relaxed, casual and fun experience for both ourselves and our guests - their suggestions for who to use and how to achieve this were spot on. Having a rehearsal the day before, with a run through of the entire day, as well as the opportunity to meet those who would be involved in our day was incredibly helpful in alleviating any nerves and addressing any last-minute questions. The day itself ran like clockwork. The great relationship South Pacific Bridal has with all of their suppliers was evident. They worked so cohesively together and each took the time and effort to ensure that every last detail was attended to. We truly enjoyed our day. It was SO much fun and I credit that to the fact that we were able to relax and take in the moments, without any stress or anxiety about things going well. Our guests are STILL talking about what a wonderful time they had!

Funnily; when we first met Sherie, I told her that she’d probably hate me throughout the process with all the questions, challenges and details. Fantastic experience: My partner and I got married at the Hilton Blue Horizon Chapel and thanks to Sherie and her team at South Pacific Bridal our day ran smoothly and we could not of asked for it to be any more perfect. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an amazing and well-organised wedding planner, Sherie and her SPB team is definitely the one. You will get 5 stars services and everything runs smoothly. Personally we were so nervous as we planned the wedding so close in the middle of the pandemic, repeatedly changing the number of guests and meal course and so forth, but Sherie made everything easy for us. Moreover, Sherie and her team has excellent understanding on different cultural backgrounds so their team is perfect for literally everyone. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married in September 2020. Since we reached out to SPB in 2018 they have been nothing but accommodating, passionate and supportive. Sherie was our wedding planner and over the time we created such a beautiful friendship which she took all the stress out of the picture of planning a wedding. When we had to postpone our wedding from May - we pictured it being very stressful but after talking to Sherie on the phone she made it as simple and seamless as possible. We wouldnt have been able to create our beautiful day without Sherie. As we live in Townsville we planned the whole wedding via email and it was as simple as 1,2 3. We adore SPB and are so thankful! We would recommend having a remote wedding every day of the week as it provided a chance for all of our wedding guest to have a little holiday and relax. From the second we enquired about getting married at the Alamanda Chapel, every single question was answered thoroughly, and nothing was too much hassle at all.
