Fantastic experience: Sonya was amazing! She was essential in our wedding planning. She guided us through all the steps. Something which was incredibly helpful living abroad, planning a wedding in Australia (a completely unknown market for us). So yes: we can definitely recommend Sonya! It will eventually help you to stay on budget, be smart which vendors you are going for, and most importantly being stress-free on the special day itself.

Sonya brought all of our ideas to life and created a night that was even more perfect than we could have imagined. Fantastic experience: Sonya was just fantastic, at every stage of the process; we are so grateful to her for everything she’s done, and so thankful that we found her. We chose Sonya because all of the events on her website are elegant and she has a clear focus on the detail of each event, but the thing we valued the most throughout our time working with Sonya was her ability to listen to us, understand us, and deliver on an event that truly reflected us. She communicated clearly, and provided regular email updates and opportunities for video-linked or face-to-face meetings. We never felt uncertain of what stage things were up to or wondered when we would hear from her, but also didn’t feel pestered or overwhelmed by emails. She was very responsive to any communication and managed all of the budget and timeline considerations. We had access to a budget spreadsheet and milestone spreadsheet which enabled us to be clear about what we were up to and what was coming up, and she would also send reminders about these. We first met with Sonya nine months before our wedding so at times needed to make multiple decisions in quick succession. She provided clarity about the priority of different decisions and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. We never needed to think about any of the logistics; she managed all of the coordination with our many vendors and if there were any issues we weren’t aware of them. She handled changes, both from us and from vendors, without any stress or pressure, and always found a solution. All of the vendor recommendations were excellent and we were so happy with who we chose for each aspect of the day. Sonya was encouraging and positive at all times, and was genuinely invested in our experience throughout the process. The event itself looked stunning. All of the details we had discussed were implemented beautifully. We are reasonably obsessive about small details and were thrilled with the attention to detail Sonya had. We were looking for refined elegance, an understated sense of luxury, but also a relaxed feel, and got all of this. The first look book Sonya produced managed to capture a lot of what we were trying to achieve, but she also allowed us to make adjustments without feeling awkward, and then delivered above our expectations. We wouldn’t change anything about the way the day turned out. On the day Sonya was present the whole time, but unobtrusive. She was constantly in the background making sure that no issues arose, and that we were able to remain in the moment. We were on site before the ceremony to get pictures and hide away from our guests before they arrived, and while there was a lot going on it was all calm and controlled. Sonya worked with all of the vendors and staff seamlessly, and multiple commented to us both before and during the event that they love working with her. Everything was set up on time and looked fantastic. When something unexpected happened at the end of the night and some of our items (including the wedding dress and wedding gifts!) didn’t get taken back to our accommodation, she went above and beyond in taking care of all of them and getting them back to us in the following days. We are incredibly grateful to Sonya for the entire experience, and can’t put into words how appreciative we are. We are so glad that we had her with us throughout the process and are thrilled with how everything turned out.

Fantastic experience: As a vendor working with Evenio, I have to say they were and still are great with communication. Unfortuately I didn't have direct contact with them at the venue, but they have reached out afterwards sending us suppliers with photograghs of a few images taken after everything was set up, which was definately a nice surpirse. And the results looked absolutley amazing!

Our wedding was truly beautiful and this was only made possible by Sonya and her meticulous planning. The couple made the wise decision to engage in Sonya's services during the middle of the pandemic and keep everyone organised! The wedding had to be postponed a number of occasions and Sonya kept us all on track with her correspondence and communication.
