Fantastic experience: We would like to share our magical experience with Palm cove weddings. Louise you have been star The planning, packaging and ongoing support has been exceptional., and even when the weather took a bad turn you were so positive and helped us with great alternatives, We had our ceremony on our resort balacony instead and you put so much effort in, adding flowers and decorating table tops. Fantastic experience: We eloped in Cairns in August and the whole experience by Lou and the team was so smooth! We had the most wonderful day and wish we could do it again and again! Can’t recommend Lou highly enough!

Fantastic experience: We chose Palm Cove weddings to organise our elopement on Palm Cove beach in May 2025 and we couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the day. Lou has every scenario covered and talked us through every aspect. She thought of things I didn’t even put on my radar and included details that were much appreciated and beautiful touches to make our day special. No request was too much trouble and all the vendors she connected us with for the photography, garment steaming, celebrant, florist and make up and hair were all absolutely spot on and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much Lou for the best start to our married life! We’ll be recommending you far and wide to anyone wanting a fuss free, memorable and beautiful wedding day in Palm Cove.

Fantastic experience: Lou from Palm Cove weddings was amazing! She thought of everything! We had to travel to palm cove and us not knowing much about the area, she made it effortless to pick suppliers and find the best location. She gave us so many helpful tips and tricks and was always 2 steps ahead with any last minute questions we had. Her expertise in the area is unmatched! We had such a lovely elopment because of her, and can not recommend highly enough!

Lou and the team exceeded our expectations on our special day, ensuring every detail was flawless. Our beachfront ceremony at the Pullman was set up beautifully. I highly recommend them, especially for travelers or couples looking to elope without any worries.

Fantastic experience: Wow oh wow. Magical doesn’t even come close to describing our wedding day. Lou, you are truely incredible. Our day was everything we wanted plus much more. It was smooth sailing from start to finish, and your attention to detail for our request was second to none. Celebrant, photographer, flowers, cake, decorations, hair and makeup, food and beverages, music, furniture, atmosphere….it was all suited to our vibe and you pulled it off perfectly (limited to just one hand ). Ian our photographer truely captured the essence of who we are and how magical our day was. They say things happen for a reason, and we are so glad the Kewarra location fell through…..your recommendation on Palm Cove beach ceremony and Skypark reception as the alternative was everything we had dreamt our day to look like. You listened to our “we want a party wedding” and came through with the goods. We didn’t want the day to end!!! We are truely grateful, and forever thankful for the day you created for us. You and your team are simply wonderful.

Fantastic experience: We hired Lou and the team at Palm Cove Weddings to plan our wedding with an 8-month timeframe as Brisbane locals looking to get married in Cairns. Our wedding just passed this weekend, and we were absolutely blown away by how perfect everything was. Timeline management, ceremony and reception venues were set up to perfection and exactly as we wanted and had discussed with Lou, and not a single thing went wrong all day. Lou is very friendly, knowledgeable and invested in the weddings she plans. At times it was hard to get a hold of her when she was planning other weddings, but she always got the tasks and bookings done that we needed and the results spoke for themselves. She worked with us on our budgets and if we wanted any extras she knew just the right people to ask. We are so thankful to Lou and the team for helping plan and run our perfect wedding. We wanted someone who would take care of everything, including the small details, as we are both busy and don’t live in Cairns, and Lou was the right person. I would definitely recommend Palm Cove Weddings to any couples looking to plan their special day!

Fantastic experience: Leading up to the wedding everyone asked why I was so relaxed and that's because I knew Lou and the team had absolutely everything under control. Unfortunately the weather didn't go quite to plan and the day before Lou rearranged everything to ensure the day was still perfect and I think it was actually better than originally planned. Everything is thought of for you from having the most incredible make up artist (Danielle) and photographer (Ian) to having last minute dress alterations by Bronwyn the dress steamer. The reception was absolutely stunning and everyone was organised by the time we arrived. She ensured the MC was completely comfortable and everything was in order before she left. I could not have imagined doing this without you and couldn't recommend you and the team enough!! Thank you ♥️

Fantastic experience: Having Palm Cove Weddings organise our special day was the best thing we did. Lou and her team were amazing. We came away on our wedding day saying how relaxing it was and no stress. It was just what we wanted. And this was all organised with us living in Tasmania. Ian was an absolute legend of a photographer. The photos have turned out amazing, he has captured some stunning shots. We felt so comfortable and confident with him. Fantastic experience: Lou and her team were incredible to work with. If you are looking for a stress free wedding this is definitely the way to go. Lou is well connected in the area and her and the suppliers work seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. The big day... I cannot emphasize enough how much stress was relieved by having Lou and Hannah checking in throughout the day. Even though it was usually a simple "everything is going to plan" :D Lou was always able to assure us that it would all unfold perfectly and of course it did. We found the inclusions in the package great, everything you need is covered and there were options to add in more extras however we decided to keep it to the inclusions and let the insanely beautiful venue/backdrop/environment do the talking. Fantastic experience: My new husband and I cannot recommend Lou and palm cove wedding crew any higher. Lou was so helpful with all the planning and made it enjoyable and stress free. On the day we were amazed at how supportive she was during the rain fiasco and keeping us calm during all the stressful moments. During the day Lou could have been any better from making sure the day ran smoothly to even cleaning and sweeping the venue herself to ensure we had the perfect day. Fantastic experience: Having a company like Palm Cove Weddings, that does everything for you, is such a great relief especially for interstate/international people. Its great knowing that you can put your trust in someone like this to do it all for you. It eased a huge amount of stress knowing they were able to coordinate the whole ceremony without me having to source everything, they basically did it all for me. Having the option of a very cost effective package (incl. Celebrant, Hair and Makeup, Photography) was extremely helpful and worked wonders. Danielle and Kristy (Makeup & Hair) were FANTASTIC! They did an absolute ripper of a job on us girls! We were so incredibly pleased with how we all turned out after our makeovers. Especially me, they did a sensational job and I could not have been more ecstatic with how I looked. Ian (Photography) was adorable! He was so funny and carefree and made us feel soooo comfortable, and kept a smile plastered on my face the whole time as I couldn't stop laughing. His photos are incredibly breathtaking! We are absolutely thrilled with them. Eve (Celebrant) was beautiful, she certainly takes her job very seriously and I love that she was so passionate. She also made us all feel very comfortable and didn't rush anything - her DVD was great too! Thanks Fran for everything! Would highly recommend you to anyone!!
