Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY LOVED what Juliana and her team did for our reception on the 20th of May 2022 at Sofitel Darling Harbour. My family, friends, photographers - everyone is still talking about the event - they had never seen anything like this before. She has been very helpful and forthcoming and excellent in the execution throughout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Juliana and her team to all the brides looking for a professional decorator who takes pride in their work.

Fantastic experience: Juliana Weddings & Events, I hired them 3 days before our wedding on December few months before we got out of lockdown and we had to plan and priorities things first on the list and last minute I didn’t realise I haven’t made a booking for my bridal room on the wedding day. Things were so stressful and need to get things done but Juliana Wedding & Events were excellent, made my day by saying YES WE CAN HELP YOU on the big day! They were amazing and very helpful! I would definitely recommend her for styling your special events! The bridal room looked so beautiful

Negative experience: We hired Juliana for our Wedding Reception at the Four Seasons, Sydney via a referral from another vendor. She is great at the whole decoration side of things however, on the contrary if something goes wrong. Her furniture provided (the main stage love seat for the couple) broke shortly after we sat on it. Now this chair already had a similar issue from her previous event as Juliana told us, a replacement chair was then offered to us which she was going to purchase and we were ok with it. Then in the days leading up the event, we were told by Juliana that the chair had been "professionally" repaired and she can provide as originally promised. Little did we know that it would break just shortly after we sat on it and the whole centre stage look was ruined including stage photos etc. The Four Seasons Venue put in standard chairs for the rest of the photo. These thing can happen but the reason for for 1 star review is how it was handled, she didn't even have the courtesy to call us to discuss and offer a simple apology. What we received were texts that said " be grateful that I didn't deduct any money from your bond for the broken chair". She claimed we "misused" the property and hence it broke. So I wouldn't recommend her just for this reason. Again her work is good until something goes south.

Congratulations to you and your wife on your wedding. We are glad we were part of your special day and you loved the. decoration!
Regarding the couch, we always check and repair all our furniture professionally before every event and make sure they are safe to use. We went above and beyond for you and your wife because you wanted to have this couch.
You mentioned that “These things can happen but the reason for the 1 star review is how it was handled”.
I will tell you how this has been handled and I already saved all the conversation between us as a proof:
-first, I apologised for what happened despite it is not my fault.
-Second, I didn’t deduct any money from the bond because you already had a tight budget for the wedding and I didn’t want you to be upset because of what happened!
-In addition to that, I offered you our public liability insurance but you said you don’t want to go through it.
Please keep reading till the end to know what Mr Nitish and his wife wanted.
-Yes i claimed you “misused" the property and hence it broke. We cannot control what happens after we finish our setup and leave the venue. All I know is all our items were in a great condition before we left the venue.
Finally, the true reason you gave my business a 1 star review is because you asked for a $2,000 refund so you don’t put this review.
I am sorry Nitish and Vandana, threatening me doesn’t work.
I tried to handle what happened in a professional way, even that this is not my fault, but you didn’t want that. All you wanted is money. I prefer to be transparent as always. I have great customers who come to me because they love my work and a bad review doesn’t affect my business!

Negative experience: I was told from the beginning that I would be looked after very well and 3 weeks in discussing details with only a couple of days before the event, she told me she was fully booked. Was very disappointed to say the least.

We understand how disappointed you are and how much you wanted us to decorate your event.
Unfortunately no booking is guaranteed until our all requested details are confirmed by the customer and a deposit been received. Yes we spent 3 weeks discussing details and you couldn’t provide all requested details and take a final decision.
Fantastic experience: Sydney Boat Hire recommended Juliana Weddings & Events to us who handled the boat decor and flowers. Juliana offers decor suggestions which helped me decide but also listened to my ideas. She made all of it come to life! My husband and I were very happy with their amazing work!

Fantastic experience: I could trust and rely on Juliana’s expertise in decoration and styling. My fiance and I had a tight budget and came to Juliana with just a simple idea in our head. Fantastic experience: IF YOUR HAVING AN EVENT, I TOTALLY RECOMMEND JULIANA!!! I had Juliana for my 21st and she honestly blew myself & my partner away! We had a pink flower wall, a light pink, gold, white and baby blue balloon garland and honestly looked amazing! She done it in no time! I would recommend Juliana because her work is amazinnnggg!! I’ve already given her contact to a couple of people so hopefully they’re event goes just as smooth! I loved everything about the decorations & loved Juliana! She’s top pro!
