Fantastic experience: Was amazing with my wedding in October! They set up so quickly and promptly and everything looked amazing. They took care of the pack up of their equipment at the end of the night too which was a big relief. Can’t recommend them more!

They were easy to talk to you and patient with me who couldn’t decided on napkins or table layout ‍♀️ On the day everything looked absolutely beautiful and I’m grateful for it all! We were in love and had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous it looked!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Townsville Weddings & Events for bringing our wedding vision to life. All our guests complimented the styling and mentioned what a beautiful space they created - especially with the lighting. Everything was such a breeze on the day as I didn't have to look after anything! I just rocked up on the day and couldn't get over how stunning everything was. You couldn't fault the attention to detail and communication with this business throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Karen, Rose and the rest of the team were easy and professional to deal and communicate with for my wedding in August. Cannot thank you guys enough for the care and attention you put into the decoration of my wedding ceremony and reception. These guys really do everything for you! Also able to have a laugh and make you feel at ease and like you're not crazy for wanting 50 chairs at your ceremony or wanting long table cloths because you cannot handle seeing the legs of tables! Thank you so much!!

Karen was easy to deal with and new from the first meeting what kind of feel we wanted at our wedding. They are such hard workers and very adaptable to what is envisaged. Thank you for working through our covid postponement and making things easy. Much appreciated, we loved it.

Fantastic experience: The team at Townsville Wedding and Events did an amazing job pulling together our wedding. My husband and I had the most magical start to our marriage thanks to Karen’s keen attention to detail she made it very easy for us to enjoy our night. All of our guests complimented the set up and eating dinner under the stars was just magical. I loved that there was a contingency for weather and COVID-19 changes in alignment with government requirements. Karen was up to date with these which made it easy to be able to relay information to our guests. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Townsville Wedding and Events again.

Fantastic experience: The wedding was perfect. Our decorations went above and beyond our expectations from the decorated dance floor, custom artwork disk (thanks also to @style my name) and the work and effort put into making this our most memorable night.

Negative experience: Totally unprofessional, not prepared for event and mismanaged. I was highly disturbed with the lack of professionalism and blatant lack of empathy or willingness to fix anything that was required. Company is not across any covid safe rules and when asked for specific venue plans were not able to supply. I am even more disturbed to hear that this has happened to many other weddings and events they have mismanaged. BUYER BEWARE.
