Fantastic experience: Can not recommend Nicole & Katie from Evermore Events enough! The team assisted with on the day coordination but they gave advice and support leading up to the wedding, which included a phone call to go over the finer details and ensure the team would be across everything on the day. The team also met us at the venue the day before so they could ensure they hadn't missed anything and to have a look over the venue so they knew their way around. On the day, they checked in with me regulary - not just to ensure I was happy with how the day was going, but to also ensure I wasn't too stressed or nervous and they even asked me if I needed a moment to take a breath before walking down the aisle. They assisted with some light setting up, coordinated the other vendors and followed our instructions perfectly. They did an amazing job with keeping us on track with our runsheet while also being flexible with the changes we made on the day and they used so much common sense and problem solving skills on the day, taking all the pressure and stress from my hubby and I (they even fixed one of my bridesmaids hair malfunctions and never even took credit for it). Overall, Evermore Events were so easy to deal with throughout the entire process and we're so grateful we decided to get a day of coordinator, because we would've been completely lost without them. Thank you Nicole, Katie and Tenae!

She had expert knowledge when considering a full DIY wedding, and was able to provide helpful tips to make it a smooth process. Fantastic experience: Tenae was so amazing to work with. She helped us every step of the way, from researching venues to coordinating everything on the big day. She kept everything organized for us so we always had a checklist to see where we were at with everything. She went above and beyond to find vendors that were suited to our needs, such as a dog-friendly party bus and a florist that could execute my dream bouquet style. She also has an exclusive venue on Tambourine Mountain for her clients, and it was so perfect for our wedding. The views are unbelievable, and Tenae set it up beautifully for us with a wedding arbor and a beautifully set table where we had some snacks and champagne following the I dos. As my husband and I were new to Australia, we didn’t have an idea of wedding locations and vendors, and Tenae has such a great knowledge of the industry that she was able to guide us towards fabulous vendors and locations for the ceremony and reception. She put in a lot of work to keep us on our budget, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Our day was perfect because of Evermore Events.

Fantastic experience: I booked Tenae from Evermore Events for our wedding day coordinating and it was such a great decision! Tenae coordinated the whole day, from managing vendors, set up of reception and ceremony spaces, she liaised with me to make sure everything was to our expectation, and helped assist our run through the day before, plus so much more. Tenae was the first person at our ceremony and reception to make sure everything was ready including liaising and seating our guests. she made everything run seamlessly, even when I threw our bridal accomodation curve ball at her (don’t ask). Tenae had to act quickly and contact vendors plus groom to fix the issue on my behalf all whilst managing the set up of the day. I am a control freak and handing over the reins to someone was daunting but she nailed it and I was able to fully relax on my day knowing i had Tenae. I would 100% recommend her to anyone and without her, our day would have not been possible.
