They’re the most caring people I’ve ever met, and I didn’t just gain a friend—I gained two. Yosua was the best wedding planner and coordinator for the big day. He kept everything under control, and you wouldn’t need to do a thing—just say yes or no. Even during the engagement shoot, he was there to ensure everything went according to plan. He even bought us water, band-aids, and more. My wedding day was smooth from start to finish, with plenty of pleasant surprises. omgg my wedding - we was there from the start to the ends. Even gifted me a pair of fur slippers. He helped me took of my heels and sprayed cool gel to help with my blisters and sore that my high heels have caused it. He gave us water and hold the stuffs for us. He’s so thoughtful and pays attention to details. His wife Carin is an amazing stylist. I absolutely love what she created for us. She turned our ideas into reality and brought my vision to life. I told her I wanted styling that was different from everyone else—no flowers like every other wedding. She transformed the wedding reception into a casino vibe. Yes, you heard me—a rich casino ambiance I never would have imagined. And one last thing: they both can drink. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, coordinator, and stylist (bonus drinking partners), First Sunday Event would be your absolutely best choice. You will not regret it. Trust me. Fantastic experience: WOW WOW WOW… where do we even start. First Sunday, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the wedding we could only ever dream of Yosua and Carin were such a joy to work with and GENUINELY cared about every little detail. They listened to us, understood our vision, and somehow turned our venue into the most beautiful garden....we’re still in awe 5 days before our wedding, when the weather forecast said it was going to rain, we were definitely stressed and nervous, but they stepped in immediately, took care of everything, and made us feel so supported throughout and honestly, when we saw it, Plan B felt like Plan A but somehow even more magical. That reassurance meant everything to us You could message them ANYTIME about ANYTHING, and they were always so kind, patient, and helpful. So many things were handled behind the scenes without us ever knowing, and for that we’re incredibly grateful... And then, after the wedding, when our bodies were exhausted and my wife was very drunk they still looked after us. Yosua bringing out fluffy thongs and changing them for us so our feet wouldn’t hurt honestly broke us. Fantastic experience: Yosua, Carin and the team at FSE were like fairy godparents on our wedding day. They breathed life into our dream wedding with so much creativity, expertise and passion and alleviated all of our worries. Rather than vendors, they felt more like friends that we were able to bring along our wedding journey (very productive friends!) From the planning process to the wedding day, they did managed everything to ensure we had the best day. We are especially thankful for their assistance on the day, essentially herding us and the bridal party around, making sure we were able to achieve everything we wanted to do, and also enjoy our night as well. Fantastic experience: I am a wedding photographer so I’ve worked with quite a few stylists and planners by now, and First Sunday Events are truly top tier - they made my job so easy with their beautiful work! Every detail, draping, flower, etc was carefully thought out and done just right, and I’m so grateful I get to have their art on my portfolio… and would love to hire them when I get married myself!

Fantastic experience: One piece of advice, book first Sundays in every capacity from planning, styling to coordination for your wedding. I only wish I found them before I had booked all my vendors so that they could handled the whole thing. Yos and Carin are the most wonderful, generous and hard working people and really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Fantastic experience: We honestly can’t thank Yosua & Carin enough. They were unreal, better than we could’ve ever imagined. They didn’t just do what we asked, they went above and beyond in every single way. Carin is so, so talented. every little thing I was even thinking might be too much, she straight away said, “I can do it!” And she DID. Everything looked absolutely stunning. Fantastic experience: We cannot thank Yos and Carin enough for helping us out with our wedding. They were always there to answer any queries we had in planning our wedding and were ready to tackle whatever dream item or piece of stationery we wanted, even if they had never done something like it before. The end result? Our seating chart was beautiful! They also didn’t shy away from providing any feedback in the design process, and given we were amateurs doing a bunch of our own designs in Canva, they provided advice on how best to design our stationery so that it would match their production and printing process. Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh! Words cannot describe how amazing both Carin and Yosh were. First Sunday Events are the A team of the wedding industry! Carin was our fairy godmother, her expert opinion with all things styling and design really brought my dream wedding come true. She knew exactly how to bring to life the Bridgerton aesthetic I was looking for, all within our budget. From our florals to the colour scheme, draping of fabrics, candle lighting and even bringing in a violinist for the atmosphere. Everything was sophisticated and elegant, and I could always rely on Carin’s genuine enthusiasm even when I didn’t have the words. Yosh was just incredible, his attention to detail and organisation made the whole wedding journey so peaceful. We could trust him with every detail of our wedding, we even were able to go on a holiday mid planning. Yosh is such a charismatic character, even when he helped MC our tea ceremony, he helped organise and bring the two families together as well as keep the mood up. We also had first Sunday coordinate on the day of the wedding, and they were perfect! Yosh made sure that my husband and I were fed throughout the day and we were running on schedule. Especially since our family were moving from one hotel to another, he helped make sure we packed, check out on time and check in with everything. Carin was lovely, she helped me change dresses so quickly and even brought us every flavour from the ice cream cart so we didn’t miss out. Their support was so genuine and caring our family felt so comfortable with them. They’re experts in the industry and all of their suggestions were greatly received by everyone. There were countless midnight texts and last minute phone calls just to talk and they supported us through it all. They really were our fairy godmothers. 10000/10 would highly recommend them for any event.

Fantastic experience: We could not have gotten through wedding planning and pulling off our dream day without the support of First Sunday’s Yosua and Carin. They are the dream team. Yosua took all administrative tasks off our plate and was super organised. He answered every small and seemingly silly question we had, at all times – communication was top notch. If there was an issue, he’d find and provide options for a solution. He has great relationships with vendors because of how friendly and professional he is. Every element of Carin’s styling for our reception – from the flowers and table settings to the seating chart and menus – was stunning. We were blown away when we stepped into the venue! Carin kept us in the loop throughout the whole design process and created clear concepts so we could envision the finished result. Our guests commented on how beautiful the styling was, and how personal it felt – friends said they could see bits of us in all the details. Both Yosua and Carin’s support as on-the-day coordinators meant our day went off without a hitch. They really went above and beyond! We didn’t have to think about any logistics on the day and could be present and enjoy every moment. On top of all this, we couldn’t have asked for lovelier people to work so closely with on our wedding. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Carin and Yosua were amazing with helping detail, decorate and organise flowers for our special day. We didn't have the biggest budget but they were able to work with us and ended up creating a beautiful space for our ceremony and reception. We only had the colour scheme and some ideas when we came and saw First Sundays but they were able to help guide us through the very daunting process. Fantastic experience: Yosua and Karen were amazing! They went above and beyond to help my sister have the perfect wedding and I’m so thankful for their help. Fantastic experience: So grateful that I came across First Sunday events in the middle of my overwhelming wedding planning - Yosua & Carin literally saved our wedding and I couldn’t be more thankful We had issues with our previous celebrant and they managed to find us a new amazing celebrant as a replacement and an alternative ceremony venue - less than a week before our wedding. Yosua went above and beyond coordinating and planning our wedding within 2 months, settled everything and dealt with all our vendors which really lifted so much pressure off the both of us! He was not just helpful with the technical and logistical parts of the wedding but was basically available for us 24/7 throughout the whole wedding prep to help with our concerns & questions, communication was an easy 10/10. We booked First Sunday for on the day coordination and rundown but we end up getting so much more than just that - it almost felt like a bargain how reasonably priced their services are considering the extra miles they’re going with looking after us and the wedding prep itself. Both Yosua and Carin handled this easily stressed & overwhelmed bride very professionally yet gracefully, were extremely thoughtful and genuine throughout the whole process even with its challenges. I felt very at ease being taken care of by them, especially considering how stressful wedding preps are for us brides The d-day also went very smoothly under their coordination, some of our guests and especially my family members even gushed about how thoughtful the coordinators were on the day. The attention to the details - from Yosua guiding my bridesmaids with their MC scripts, Carin coming up to me after the reception with supplements because she overheard me saying I was dizzy (even though it was from literally partying too hard ) down to offering my jet-lagged dad coffee before the ceremony.. Everything felt very personal and they have made our dream intimate wedding came true - as cheesy as it sounds! I’m forever grateful by these 2 and Sella - my very sweet and attentive bridal attendant!!! Fantastic experience: [From a vendors perspective] I am absolutely impressed by how smoothly the team at First Sunday Events ran their wedding. I was a last minute add on (under 40 hiurs notice) and yet Yosua ensured I recieved a meal, organised an agenda, had everything I needed and included me in all the wedding information. Upon arrival, Karen was extremely warm and friendly despite being in the midst of a super busy set up. Throughout the wedding's entirety First Sunday Events were adaptable, quick witted, professional, detail oriented and provided a stress free experience for the bride and groom. In addition to this, the dynamic of Yosua and Karen is parallel to the love they celebrate with their clients. The duo are genuinely passionate about what they do and care so deeply about their clients. I actually thought that they knew the couple getting married because of their interactions, pure excitement and happiness throughout the day. Hopefully I can crosspaths with this authentic business again soon- whether it be at another wedding or coordinating my own one day!
