Fantastic experience: Decorations were beautiful and exactly as stated and matched our autumn theme. Yuliya was prompt, the ceremony was set up way a head of time, and the reception packed up promptly at the finish time. You didn't even notice her come in/out of the venues at all! Very smooth process for our wedding at Millbrook Winery. :)

Fantastic experience: Yes! We married on the 28/3/26 Thank you Cyclone Narelle for your presence and the last minute change for our Ceremony space to be held at our reception space. We were quite anxious of how our vision would be interpretated with all the change of our ceremony spaces, Wedding Magic did not disssapoint. Our theme was all white with greenery and the execution of this was everything Wedding Magic smoothly transformed the room straight after the ceremony, with no issue, no fuss just consideration and hard work. Thank you Wedding Magic and Yuliya for your amazing work, we wish you great success within your business for many more years to come.

Negative experience: After checking positive reviews, I contacted this decorator for my wedding. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The decorator, along with her daughter, arrived and immediately asked us to move tables from the storeroom, which was inconvenient. While we helped them set up, the decoration quality was disappointing given the cost. Additionally, when I requested an extra tablecloth, it wasn’t provided initially, and I had to ask for it. The most embarrassing part was that the decorator began packing up the decorations while our guests were still dining. This forced us to rush our guests and even have some help in packing up. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a professional service, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a formal event. For a casual gathering, it might be manageable, but it was definitely not worth the cost. Reply to your response: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it further confirms the lack of professionalism reflected on the day. Firstly, regarding the comment about “drunk guests”: the guests you are referring to were the same people who helped you pack your decorations (low-quality items ) because you began packing while guests were still dining. Instead of accusing them, a simple thank you would have been more appropriate. Secondly, the bride and I helped you pack not because it was our responsibility, but because that is how we were brought up. In our culture, we help others out of respect. Taking advantage of that goodwill and then criticising it publicly is disappointing, and frankly something you should be ashamed of. Regarding timing: your statement about arriving at 10:10 to “observe” and packing at 10:30 is misleading. I requested you come at 10:30. You insisted on coming earlier, and as soon as you arrived, you began packing. I even asked if collection could happen the next day, which you refused. The claim that you “gave” a tablecloth for free is also incorrect. That tablecloth was already included in the payment and only became “extra” after we agreed to changed the decoration setup. Please do not misrepresent this as a favour. As for the comment about items in your boxes “not belonging to the event” — that is a strange and unnecessary remark. I never expected to use anything that was not part of the agreed setup. Lastly, the repeated use of the word “polite” in your response does not align with the tone or judgment shown here or during that event. Anyone reading your reply can see how quick you are to label and judge guests rather than reflect on your own conduct. My review stands. What was meant to be a joyful wedding experience turned into unnecessary stress, rushing guests, and assisting a vendor who packed up before the event had even finished. Future couples deserve to know this before booking.

Fantastic experience: Yuliya from Wedding Magic was the best money ever spent on our wedding day! She gave me so much peace of mind that everything was under control in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day. So all I had left to do was enjoy the day and night! She set up our wedding ceremony in the park and it was so beautiful! Also made sure everything was set up at the reception correctly and communicated well with me throughout the process and on the day. As I said in my speech, worth her weight in gold! Fantastic experience: Wedding Magic has a wide selection of wedding decor, artificial flowers and arbours for hire. We were pleased to find a decor stylist who could give us a pretty background for our reception/s chinese tea ceremony. Yuliya was professional, friendly and understood our wedding concept. The ceremony and reception were decorated a day before our wedding. She responds within 2-4 business days. Notes for future brides: please note that Wedding Magic's advertised prices exclude GST and I would advise to finalise your reception floor plan before signing an agreement. If you have miscalculated number of tables, you will not get a refund but will be able to exchange for something else equivalent in value.

Fantastic experience: Wedding Magic did a spectacular job with decorating our wedding venue. Honestly the entire place looked magical, even better than I had pictured in my head. Everything was set up on time without issue and Yuliya was lovely during our meeting, and really getting through to the core of what we wanted our wedding to be. She made it all come alive in front of our eyes and kept suggesting things until it was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic experience: If you need a wedding coordinator who is going to take charge and take all of the stress of your big day away from you then Yuliya at Wedding Magic is your woman! I honestly would have been a stressed out mess if it was'nt for Yuliya being there on my wedding day. Communication leading up to my wedding was great and on the day she knew what needed to be where and picked up on small things I had completly missed. I even had her running to the shops to get pens for the guest books that I had forgotten about. Yuliya is amazing at what she does, is such a beautiful person and so fun to be around! I highly reccomend hiring Yuliya for your big day! You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding on Sunday 21st November 2021 and having Yuliya not only style our ceremony and reception, but having her as our on day coordinator was the BEST decision. From our very first meeting in February, Yuliya was very professional and was on the ball with our vision of colours and styling. Her attention to detail was on point and she made the lead up to our wedding so smooth and relaxed. The styling was absolutely MAGICAL and the colour scheme was perfect. Yuliya and her team are incredible and at no point did we need to worry about anything as our timeline went smoothly. Yuliya kept checking in on us throughout our reception, asking if we needed more top ups for our drinks and we even saw her helping the staff clean up the cutlery and plates. There was a small incident with one of our guests were they were feeling really really sick and missed the food but Yuliya got straight onto it, making sure the guest felt okay first and arranged for her to eat. The groom even wanted to say a very special THANK YOU to Yuliya personally as he even saw how amazing she was. The groom wasn't apart of the planning as much and the fact he was very very happy with Yuliya says ALOT. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU Yuliya and your team for making our day very magical :) :) :)

Fantastic experience: Yuliya did a great job at walking us through the showroom, discussing options, and answering all my questions. (Including being very clear on the terms of the contract, which I appreciate.) She then did an absolutely amazing job decorating both the ceremony and reception areas! I was particularly impressed with the colour matching, the flowers on the arbour were just like my bouquet. Brilliant work, everything came together so well.

Negative experience: Poor customer service! We paid in full and didn’t get results as we agreed.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express my gratitude for Yulia and her staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I came to them with a simple idea and they worked their true magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Negative experience: Will not recommend this company!! We chose this company because they had a big display shop and nice decorations. The owner Yuliya seemed professional and confident about her work. She claimed to be our wedding venue’s preferred supplier and knows the place well, and she said to deliver 100% as always. In the contract we clearly write that the decoration needs to be completed by 1PM on our wedding day. It is clearly written in the contract that if it rains, an arbour will be provided indoor. (Original plan was using an outdoor gazebo) On our wedding day, when we arrived at the main wedding venue, we noticed that neither the ceremony nor the reception decoration had been completed... (It was already 2:30PM and our ceremony starts at 3PM) At 2:40PM I called her twice no answer. Then received a return call on 2:50PM saying she’s 30 mins away getting the 1.5m LED “LOVE” letter decoration for the reception set up. No communication prior and job half done. The promised back up plan wasn’t done at all. We had no ceremony decoration set up… Big Regret using Wedding Magic. At time of writing, it’s been a week passing our wedding day. Not a single word of apology was heard from Wedding Magic. Very disappointed with this company.

Negative experience: Nightmare to deal with. Yuliya is rude and unprofessional. GO ELSEWHERE, there are plenty of places that do wedding packages cheaper.
