Fantastic experience: My now husband and I knew we couldn’t “do” a wedding without a wedding planner! Chandni called us right away after we inquired online and that was it! She has made an insurmountable task very doable - and knew the right people for us to partner with so that we could have the day we wanted. It was so magical. Fantastic experience: From the moment we started planning our wedding, we knew that hiring a wedding planner was a must and from our very first consultation with Chandni, we knew we’d be in good hands with her. Throughout the entire process, Chandni was professional, understanding and flexible. Whenever we had a question or a concern, she was there to address them and make us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail is second to none and it is obvious she takes great pride in what she does. When we started this process, we had no idea about vendors or a clear vision of what we wanted our big day to look like but with Chandni’s guidance and expertise we were able to pull off an incredible day that we will never forget. We were so blown away with how stunning our reception venue looked when we had our first look and this was in large part thanks to Chandni and Neel, who were there behind the scenes ensuring that our big day was stress free. Fantastic experience: Where do we start? We’re absolutely thankful for Chandni and Neel, for all their guidance and planning tips to make our dream wedding a reality! Over the course of a year, we started off drafting our ideas, and Chandni, with her expertise and experience, gave her ideas and thoughts to make every finer detail that much more perfect. We had an interfaith marriage (Sikh and Hindu) in Perth but lived in Melbourne so communication and a deep knowledge of suppliers based in Perth was key (especially as we weren't there to meet suppliers in person). Throughout the planning process, Chandni was incredibly organised and communicative. Fantastic experience: Chandni & Neel we’re absolutely amazing to work with! From our first meeting we knew Chandni knew what she was doing. She was extremely reliable, organised and kept our vendors on their toes. On the day, it was such a relief knowing the ceremony would run perfectly with Chandni and Neel coordinating. From inception to completion, Chandi being the organised individual she is, helped us with meeting our various deadlines, especially when we were decision fatigued on so many occasions! Fantastic experience: My husband and I used 'Weddingsbydesign' for our Sangeet Night and Wedding day (Hindu & Civil Ceremony followed by reception all in 1 day!). At first the process seemed all so daunting, but Chandni made the process so smooth and well organised. From booking all the vendors, all the advice, keeping us sane during the craziness of planning a wedding during COVID and keeping us on track, made our events the fairytale we always dreamed of! Fantastic experience: My partner and I had an interfaith marriage, and all I can say is, I would have been SO LOST if it weren't for Chandni's expertise and assistance. I was so afraid to get something wrong, or offended someone if we didn't do something properly - but also needed to keep in mind the busy timeline of our day (two ceremonies and a reception). Chandni knew and explained in simple terms everything I needed to know about our Gujarati Hindu ceremony and was able to help us tailor the day to suit our wants and needs. She was able to link us up with so many fantastic vendors, and made sure our incredibly busy day ran smoothly and on schedule. Chandni was able to take away the stress from the both of us, allowing us to completely enjoy the day - worry free. Her on the day co-ordination service was seamless and she was right where we needed her at any point in the day, whilst doing all the behind the scenes work in the morning to make sure everything was perfect by the time our event commenced. Fantastic experience: We had such a Great Experience with Weddings by Design!! My partner and I were less than a month away from our wedding day when we contacted Chandni with a major help flag. Fantastic experience: The best decision we made was to use weddings by design for our week long of wedding festivities. Chandni and Neel outperformed themselves for all our events making sure not only Karan and I were looked after but also both our families could relax and enjoy themselves! They were at all our events before we arrived and stayed until after everyone left (some days went for 14 hours for them!). Chandni’s organisation skills made it very clear for all our vendors to know exactly what and when their responsibilities were. Best of all, the vendors had a single point of contact (and it wasn’t us!). Chandni and Neel played a huge part of the success of our wedding week which we throughly enjoyed in a stresys free manner. Fantastic experience: ‘Wedding by Design’ was my son’s wedding planner in November 2021. We have absolutely no regrets at all! Literally the best decision we made! Chandhni Shah is an extremely organised and gifted person that she was able to execute the dream of our son’s wedding. Blending Western and Indian - that was our plan. I then had someone who brought it all together and made sure it was done picturesque perfect, looking in to every minute details. She had a large number of vendors to suggest. Her communication was open and quick no matter what day it was. The wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank you enough! Fantastic experience: One of the best things we did for our wedding was hire Chandni from Weddings by design to do the coordination service. From the initial consultation meeting till on the day of the wedding Chandni and Neel did a spectacular job. Communication was so easy, and whenever there was a roadblock or show stopper she had the contacts to get things achieved. Also Chandni was there at every rehearsal be it in person or speaking to vendors via Zoom. Fantastic experience: I am very happy that I hired Chandni as my on the day wedding coordinator. At first I was hesitant to get a coordinator as I really don’t know what their role is when it comes to weddings. But I’m so glad I did as it wouldn’t be the same without her and her partner. From our first meeting until the last, she was very helpful and making sure we go through everything so it will be won’t be missing any little things on the day. She was very professional and easy to contact and talk to. She also organised my wedding bomboniere tags as I was very stressed out and not have enough time for little things before my wedding. I also didn’t have to stress about anything after the reception because they already got everything sorted out. I could not thank them enough for the service they provided. Fantastic experience: Chandni, the woman behind 'Weddings by design' is an expert at what she does. She calls herself a 'personal wedding assistant' and lives up to it 100%. Chandni planned our wedding in less than 3 months and also had a plan B if COVID were to cause a lockdown , which it did but everything was seamless because she did such a great job of liaising with every single vendor and organising alternatives with vendors that couldn't change dates. Chandni is very meticulous and pays attention to detail, she makes sure every to-do task is documented and is always patiently in touch to make sure things are getting done. Chandni and Neel really helped ease our wedding planning stress by 'always being available' for us which was very reassuring ! We chose the 'Full Wedding Planning' option and that was one of the best decisions we made because 'Weddings by Design' took care of everything until we wrapped up on the day and it was all perfect ! I would *highly recommend* Chandni and Neel to anyone that is getting married because they are so professional yet so friendly and fun to work with and definitely help you every step of the way so you and your family don't have much to do on the day and can actually enjoy your special day !! Fantastic experience: To start with this was the best decision we made for our wedding. Chandni and Neel have been the biggest help with our 3 day indian/western wedding from calling and booking the vendors, helping me and my husband be prepared for the day well in advance, keeping us on our toes on checklists. They provided us with tools to plan our events better. The communication side of things were not just open and professional but fun!! :) More importantly we feel they helped us big time on the day of the events. making sure they introduce themselves to our families, helped us with schedules, run everything smoothly not the day and the way we want.. definitely taking the stress off us and our parents. If one thing we recommend is to have on the day coordinators so everything is take care of. We HIGHLY recommend Chandni to plan your wedding, she is a rockstar and best help to have on the wedding day! We planned it all in 4 months :D
