We live in Victoria and planning a wedding in Perth could have been stressful, but she made the entire process feel seamless. She was incredibly accommodating with the time difference and always made herself available when we needed her. Jody is the perfect mix of professional and creative. She brought so many amazing ideas to the table and was constantly thinking outside the box, making sure every detail felt personal and true to us as a couple. Fantastic experience: Our thoughts about our beautiful wedding planner, Jody Q - All i can say sit down for this one We got engaged in November 2024 with the goal of getting married in November 2025, and wedding planning felt completely overwhelming. Then I found Jody Q Weddings. From our very first two hour phone call, something inside me just clicked. It felt like a core memory in the making, the butterfly effect that would shape our entire wedding journey. I remember turning to my fiancé and saying, “It’s got to be Jody.” Everything I choose is based on energy and instinct, and hers felt warm, grounded. When you are planning the most important day of your life, that kind of dedication becomes everything. She went above and beyond in ways I still struggle to put into words. I cried from pure gratitude multiple times throughout this process. She didn’t just bring my vision to life, she ELEVATED it into something I didn’t even know was possible. She understood my vision in a way that left me speechless. The most unexpected and beautiful part of this journey was how Jody became more than a planner to us. My husband and I see her as family. When we stood in a room filled with the people we love most in the world, Jody belonged in that space. She wasn’t just working, she was part of our story, our memories, and part of the love that held that day together. For anyone getting into this journey, pause and really feel what you value. Choose what truly speaks to you. Don’t settle for cookie cutter. Pick the things that matter most and choose your teams wisely, you only get one day. Fantastic experience: Jody and her team went above and beyond for me and my husband during the entire wedding planning process. I couldn’t recommend her enough! She got to know both of us and it felt like we have known her for years. On my wedding morning I have never felt so calm (and that’s saying a lot given I’m usually such an anxious person). We felt so confident knowing everything was under control and taken care of. Attention-to-detail was paid to every detail, from the run sheet of the day to special touches I didn’t even think about ie honouring my late father at the reception too by creating a special spot for the memorial signage. Jody is such a beautiful soul and any bride would be so lucky to have her! She truly genuinely cares about her couples and creating a magical day for them! If you’re tossing up whether to have a coordinator, do it, it will be the best decision you’ll make!

Fantastic experience: Being in the same wedding industry, I have had the privilege to work with Jody several times over the past years. As a wedding planner, she is a testimony of someone who is organised, efficient & a lovely multitasker with such poise too! A fine example is the recent wedding of Amanda & Chris at Perth CBD in March’23. The inclement weather on the day certainly played havoc to all well laid plans, including the full rehearsal that was so carefully conducted a week prior under fine weather. To make the best call under logistically challenging circumstances on the day at the last minute definitely tested our act of improvisation! Jody’s calm demeanour during this time helped immensely to ensure all parties work together to ensure Amanda & Chris had the best day of their life irrespective of the weather and last minute changes. Fantastic experience: We originally didn't think we needed help with our wedding until we actually started planning our Bali wedding. Going through local wedding planners like the forums suggested we just weren't getting any where until a lady from my work, who had used Jody's services before suggested we contact her for a chat. We decided it couldn't hurt so we called one Friday night expecting to leave a message and wait for a call back but our call was answered with Jody giving close to 2 hours of her time to speak with us, By the end of our chat we both looked at each other and said, we need to book her. What followed was 10 months of us asking what felt like stupid questions, which were always answered with sincere and thorough replies and a day that's hands down felt like we were royalty with the care and attention we received and will be eternally grateful to Jody and her team for making a day we thought would be special turn into something so much more - it was beautiful, memorable and perfect. We have just attended a friends wedding here in Perth, and Jody was the planner. same professional precision of making the day perfect, same friendly lady with the same friendly support to our friends and their guests as what we were treated to 6 years ago at our wedding in Bali

Fantastic experience: After going through the whole covid ordeal, canceling our Melboure wedding and having to start all over again, my partner and I needed help with replanning our wedding in Perth. We contacted 6 different companies in Perth that claimed to offer wedding planning services but through communications it just felt like it was we needed to hire their equipment in order to get help, which from the get go we wrote we need a wedding planner. Finally we found Jody and couldn't be more happier with our dealings. From first contact we had a reply in the same day, and the communications were so very friendly, professional and we were finally talking to someone who truely knows their profession. Not once have we had to chase up on anything as she's always 10 steps ahead and her suggestions on ways we can do similar to things are now way better than what was originally planned for our Melbourne wedding - infact they've just been perfect. We cant thank her enough for the stress we originally started with and the wasted time on other businesses, just taken away with her ability to easily get us refocused again and just look forward. Even though our wedding day isnt quite here yet I felt we needed to let others know of our experience to date and how truely grateful we are to have this incredible woman looking after us.
