Fantastic experience: Perfect Story Weddings was something I never knew we needed. Last March 2025, my wife and I held our wedding in Canberra, and everything went well as planned, stress free, memorable, and just perfect! As the groom, I initially questioned my fianceé if we really needed a wedding coordinator as we were trying to reduce spending as much as we can for our wedding. My bride-to-be insisted that it is mandatory and I never understood her at the time. I then agreed to reach out to Aldrian just to see what the services can offer and if it is really worth what you pay for. Oh boy, I am proud to say that I was wrong and I am glad that we took Aldrian as our wedding coordinator. He was more than happy to fly all the way to Canberra from Brisbane. The services provided were worth more than what you actually pay for! Aldrian was super detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you will have the best time of your life. The minute he offered us to host our event, we grabbed the opportunity in an instant! We could’t imagine it with anyone else. Aldrian’s services included the following: * Consultation plus recommendation * Time to time virtual meetings * Follow-up’s with vendors * Final meeting * Checklists and run-sheets * Ensuring that everything goes as planned and on time Aldrian even flew to Canberra days earlier with his team to get to know us better and to accompany our wedding videographer to do a shoot. Before our wedding, we were at peace as we knew that everything was aligned and we were not forgetting anything. Plus, the fact that Aldrian has this very positive energy gave us the feeling that everything will be okay. During our wedding day, everything was just going accordingly then Aldrian caught us surprised when he even gave us snacks as he knew that we wouldn’t have time to grab a bite and we needed energy to fully enjoy our wedding. During that day, I said to my wife “I knew you were always right, thank God we’ve got Aldrian”. Most importantly, what I appreciate the most was Aldrian made sure that my wife wouldn’t stress about anything else on our wedding day and to just enjoy the moment. Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say about Ian? He has been absolutely amazing! We reached out to Ian last December after my partner suggested getting a wedding coordinator to help with the process. I was a bit skeptical since we had already done most of the planning, but I am so grateful we decided to bring him on board. Ian went above and beyond not only before the wedding but also in the lead-up. He checked in with us on multiple occasions, ensuring everything was on track. We had a few things that were missed—like changes to seating arrangements and last-minute supplies needed and names missed out—but Ian caught everything and took care of it seamlessly. He truly made everything come together without a hitch. Ian is hands-down the best wedding coordinator ever. He’s down-to-earth, laid-back, and truly brought a positive energy to our day. He even stepped up to MC at our reception, which was an amazing touch! He got both sides of our families on the dance floor and helped everyone enjoy the special moments. Loved the games he had selected too! Everyone had a ball. His organization was spot-on, with a detailed timeline and a breakdown of the day for both us and the vendors. He made everything feel effortless. My partner, who tends to overthink and get stressed, was completely at ease because of Ian's calming presence and preparation. Last-minute, Ian went out of his way to help with some wardrobe details, even having extra clips to secure our jackets. He also surprised us by bringing us cheeseburgers and apple pies after the church ceremony because he knew we’d be hungry. That gesture went far beyond what we expected from a wedding coordinator. Fantastic experience: Aldrian was a life saver, I had to organise a wedding in 7 months and he organised everything ❤️ always available on the phone and in texts. When things went in a different direction, he had like 3 other options. He was honest and respectful about everything I wanted to achieve from the day. Even fixed one of the shirts for our groomsman in seconds. With all of his years of experience, he already had connections with the vendors I used. Best money I spent. I recommend him immensely. Fantastic experience: I worked along side Aldrian at a recent wedding where I was the DJ. As a supplier, Aldrian offered excellent support during the planing phase to both me and the couple. On the night, he ensured everything ran smoothly. This allowed me to fully concentrate on the dance floor. He did a wonderful job of MCing. and kept the vibe upbeat. Fantastic experience: Aldrian amazingly assisted us with our wedding planning end-to-end. Pre Wedding, he provided us with a beautiful venue which we ended up going with, he also handled the arrangement/presented options for suppliers like; makeup/DJ/Flowers etc. On the wedding day, Alrdrian and his staff ensured the bride and groom had a stress free day and handled all the behind-the-scenes details according to his prepared runsheet and gracefully assisted the bride wherever necessary (especially when she was in a heavy dress all day)

Fantastic experience: If you are planning a wedding, would recommend to hire a wedding planner. Perfectstoryweddings (Aldrian) is the one to get. First of all, he will not only help plan or suggest suppliers, he will also forsee issues and prevent them from happening. As we had 7-8 weeks to completely plan our wedding, the first question he asked us was, if we already had a church and a priest as he said everything will follow. And so we trusted him and everything did just fall into place. On the wedding day itself, we didnt have to worry about anything, he did all the work behind the scene. Fantastic experience: Aldrian from Perfect Story is worth every dollar spent. He treats you like royalty on your wedding day. He was there from start to finish, from conceptualising to organising. He took care of the big things (e.g. venue, order of the day) down to even the minutest details I never thought I’d need (e.g. pens, glue, medicines). He took out the hassle in planning the event. I was so spoiled as a bride. I enjoyed the wedding thoroughly because Aldrian took care of everything, as in EVERYTHING! We have such amazing feedback from our guests as well. Fantastic experience: The best wedding planner!! I met Aldrian through one of my best friend’s weddings. Since day one he was always thinking 10 steps ahead of me... and I’m a detail freak! And anything that I didn’t get to do or get done, he did it! He’s a miracle and a stress saver. He made me feel more organised and relaxed than I thought. He had so many ideas, all ideas catering to your budget and needs. We have no idea how Aldrian made everything happen WHILST taking footage of mostly our day and night. Fantastic experience: Aldrian is truly an amazing wedding planner for Des and I, and have made our wedding journey and our special day enjoyable and perfect in every way! Right from the beginning of our planning, Aldrian instantly brought us out of stress and overwhelming workload. He has a well organised checklist, that keeps all the dates and to-dos in check, updating us throughout the months our progress, and what to prepare for next. He was always prompt and available for any questions we had, even if it is late at night, and personally attended all the meetings with us when we are required to select wedding specifications, eg. Tasting cakes. This made us feel very comfortable and supported along the way. There were many times where emergency changes occurred, and Aldrian was able to be so understanding and flexible and cater for our specific needs. Since we are from interstate, Aldrian was also able to do most of the work without us being there without compromising on any quality, as well as freeing up his time for the limited time we have when we do return home for meetings. On the day of our wedding, it went just the way we want it, as Adrian and his professional team was able to coordinate with all the other organisations to make it smooth sailing without us having to lift of finger, he even had an emergency stash of sugars in case we forget to eat on the day. He is care to detail, focused and trustworthy not to mention he is also incredibly genuine and kind, and always welcomes you with a big smile and friendly hug. His presence made all the difference to our wedding and we can’t thank Aldrian enough to make our day special.
