Cassie took our ideas/budget and provided a vision board that was even more beautiful than we imagined. Cassie and the rest of MEW have been an absolute dream to work with leading up to our big day, hands down the most professional, organised and reliable vendors we had! Our ceremony and reception space were at two different locations so I knew I wanted a team to help coordinate the day to minimise stress. It was the best decision ever! Mariah and Chloe were great on the day, and I had guests come up to me throughout the day and evening asking me where I had found them. They even dropped us off some coffees and croissants in the morning while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready! Fantastic experience: MEW did the styling for our recent wedding (Ceremony and Reception) at The Warehouse in Brisbane (08/04/2)3. We were absolutely delighted with the final product, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The combination of the drapes + the arbour florals was stunning, and helped capture one of my favorite photos from the day during the Ceremony. They did personalised menus, napkins, arbour + florals, candles, etc. We primarily dealt with Mariah, who was just amazing to deal with. From the get go we knew how stressful weddings could be, and we wanted to do anything that would make the process and the day run smoothly—hiring Main Events to manage and organise our styling was the decision that allowed this to be possible. Mariah had great styling advice and helped us choose colours and decor to put together a beautiful ceremony and reception space at the Warehouse. The flower arrangements, button holes and bouquets from Garden Graffiti were to die for! And we’re able to withstand 30 degree heat during photos. Also, If you’re tossing up about the fairy lights like we were - … get the fairy lights … they completely changed the atmosphere of the venue space and are totally worth it!

We told the team our ideas of what we wanted to see and the aesthetic we wanted. We had complete confidence in the team that we didn't want any updates on how they would style the area and wanted to see everything first-hand on the night. Fantastic experience: I honestly can not put into words how thankful I am to have Cassie, Courtney and the Main Event Weddings team in our corner. Like a lot of people, our day had to be postponed from 2020 to 2021 and finally to 2022. These ladies helped us to navigate the last minute lockdowns, realign our suppliers and maintain our sanity through some pretty uncharted territory. Our original event was to include an outdoor ceremony and reception but two weeks out, due to heavy rains, we had to pivot to a completely different style indoor event. Cassie and the team performed some kind of miracle, transforming a very basic mess hall room into the most stunning space, far exceeding my expectations. MEW handled all challenges with such professionalism and their expertise made all the difference on the day. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an exceptional wedding venue- look no further- the Warehouse is it! We had our June wedding here- we were attracted by the all in one venue- ceremony and reception in the one area and not weather dependent. The rooftop terrace for mid way drinks and canapés was an added bonus for our guests to enjoy. The food was plentiful and delicious, drinks free flowing and the venue matched perfectly to our want for simple, classy elegance in the venue. The day went off without a hitch (or if there were any we certainly didn’t notice!) and the wait staff ensured our guests were kept happy- which many of them commented on the wonderful service. The most outstanding part of our experience with the Warehouse however was the staff. Exceptional attention to detail, communication, friendliness, care and diligent, kind and amazing coordination and communication on the day and in the entire months leading up to the event- thank you Bianca. I really can’t recommend this venue and the experience enough. We would do it all again in a heartbeat ❤️

Fantastic experience: We booked Main Event for on-the-day coordination and styling back in 2019. We had to reschedule twice and change our venue and Main Event were so accomodating through it all. Our wedding day was such a special day and a lot of credit needs to go to Main Event for making the day not only look magical but also flow so perfectly. Cassie has an eye for design and really knew how to turn my Pinterest board into reality. Nicola organised all the logistical things with the vendors and created the most detailed run sheet. On the day, Nicola and Bianca were so helpful and made both of us feel so special! Booking Main Event was one of the best decision we made since they took so much of the stress out of wedding planning which meant that we could just relax, have fun and enjoy our special day.

Positive experience: Sara and her team of waiters etc were excellent. 5 stars to you guys. Cassie unfortunately promised the world when we first met her including parking for our guests at the venue, which turned out to be false. Upon every review we had to remind her of things and re-remind her at the next review and yet at the end, the Lectern was forgotten, the stairs were not wrapped and most frustrating was the signboard with all our guests names didn't have a single light on it so none of our guests could see their names and had to use their Mobile Phone Torches to find their table numbers

Cass and Nicola are the most amazing human beings! There love for what they do, shines through in the exceptional and personal service they provide. They were always only a phone call away when we were stressed, had a question, or wanted clarification on any issue. Fantastic experience: Cassie helped us with our wedding in December 2020 at Cloudland and it was easily one of the best decisions we made for our day. From the first time we met Cassie to chat about our ideas, she was amazing. So supportive, consultative, passionate and relaxed which made us also feel at ease. She offered fantastic ideas and was able to demonstrate what all of our ideas would look like too, a true professional. As for the day, it was faultless. Fantastic experience: BEST DECISION EVER!!!! I have been lucky enough to know Cassie from Main Event Weddings over the past 10 years through the wedding industry. I've always heard nothing but INCREDIBLE reviews from Main Event Weddings. So when we got married we instantly booked a meeting with Cassie to chat about the day. She INSTANTLY got our vibe and knew what we were after. Cassie was so perfect to work with. She put up with all the calls, texts, emails throughout the process with support and encouragement the entire way through. I kept changing my mind about the styling and she guided us through all of those changes so wonderfully. On the day Cassie had the shortest amount of time to pull everything together and her and her team nailed it! We really wanted peonies throughout the wedding and unfortunately there was a statewide shortage. Cassie was at the florist every morning waiting to see if she could get her hands on them! So much dedication to do what she had to do to bring our wedding dreams to life. On the day - she did that and more! We couldn't believe arriving to the ceremony how incredible everything looked!!! All of our friends and family sitting in that beautiful setting was such a dream! THEN we got to the reception... OMG ABSOLUTE BLISS! We were so in awe walking in seeing what an amazing job her and her team did! It was just a pink and white wonderland!!!! Like all weddings we had a budget but Cassie through her expertise she used that budget to make it the wedding we dreamt of and more! Thank you so much Cassie and your team at Main Event Weddings.
