Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough for the service Shiela and Marion provided!! Leading up to the wedding Shiela was happy to meet up as many times as necessary to cover all the details of the day, and I found myself relying on her opinion for how things should be set up, how the day will run, what the wet weather plan should be etc. The day before the wedding was a blur of stress as it was raining so much and the whole day was planned to be outdoors. Thank goodness Shiela was there to answer everyone’s questions as I couldn’t make a straight decision!! On the day the girls were there in the morning to set everything up and had plans B, C and D in place in case it rained, or started raining halfway through the day. They saw my vision and did everything possible to make it come together! And my goodness the day was even more perfect than I dreamed of. By the next morning I woke up to find everything had been packed away and there was nothing left for me to do because they were so thorough! My #1 tip to all future brides would be book a coordinator!!! Cannot thank them enough for everything they did, even our wedding guests commented on how awesome they were!

Sheila and her team helped us with ensuring our whole ceremony at Roma St Parklands was set up and ran smoothly. I was so calm and at ease knowing they were there with all the vendors to coordinate and get everything set up in time for our guests to arrive. Even though I only asked for assistance with my ceremony on the day, Sheila still went above and beyond to help with the final planning processes and putting the timeline together. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, or you’re on the fence about - go & book Wonders of Mae! This was a last minute decision for us and proved to be our most valuable. We were about 6 months out from our wedding when I realised that this planning thing is way too stressful. From the start, Shiela was attentive, helped me find vendors that I was still needing, and ensured that I was staying on top of tasks that needed to be sorted. She was so quick to respond and reassured me when I second guessed myself. This alone impressed me, but on the day of the wedding, she set the bar and set it high. Shiela and Marion (yep, you get 2 absolute slay queens on the day), were AMAZING! They were both at our rehearsal the day before and go straight into organiser mode. They helped ensure we looked uniform and were ready for what’s to come. Then also worked with the staff there to ensure they knew what needed to be done. The day of the wedding, Shiela saved me by grabbing things from the store, and then went to our reception venue to bring my vision to life. She even managed to make that look so much better than expected. The way they worked together to ensure everything from the ceremony rehearsal til lights on at the reception, was nothing short of amazing. The only thing I wish I did was hire her sooner. Fantastic experience: Worth her weight in gold. We hired Shiela early in our wedding planning as we knew the day of planning would be too much for us to handle. Shiela was so helpful with all our early planning and helped us make sure everything was thought of. She is one of those people that always go above and beyond. Come to the weekend of our wedding and we were so glad she was there! As soon as she arrived on the setup day my anxiety was immediately gone. She set up our wedding perfectly and the day would have been an absolute chaotic mess without her. Running around all day liaising with all our vendors she kept all the stress off us. Fantastic experience: Shiela was a god send! I celebrated my 30th birthday this year and she was the magic. I had a Harry Potter - Howgarts House Cup themed party and let me tell you, she not only went above and beyond but made it more than anything I could’ve imagined. Her connections allowed me to book the perfect venue (The Loft - West End), delicious assorted Hogwarts house cookies and a photobooth that had all four houses as photo frames. Her little touches like a phone for guest to leave messages on (truly made me tear up because I had this precious gift), styling and genuinely just letting me enjoy my day without a hitch. She’s an above and beyond kind of angel that everyone needs when it comes to events. I could not recommend Shiela more!!! You would not be disappointed and I wouldn’t be surprised if you found a friendship with her, she really is THAT woman. Fantastic experience: Gosh, I don’t know where to begin. My fiancé & I at the time searched around for many Wedding Planners who only gave us a very high expectation budget to plan our wedding. We came across Sheila's Instagram page a few months back, in January to be precise. We got in contact with her immediately and gave her an idea of what we wanted. Sheila was so incredible and professional, She asked us lots of questions to get an idea of what we wanted. We didn’t know anything about planning a wedding, but Sheila was so helpful/ understanding. Sheila pitched in with some beautiful ideas and made our dream Wedding come to life! Shelia stuck & worked around our budget and made sure we got everything we wanted within the price ranges. Our wedding was on 11/11 and it was the most beautiful thing we’ve ever seen/experience.
